The order processing time is 1-5 working days. Delivery in Estonia is 1-5 working days, in Europe up to 5-14 days and in other parts of the world 14-28 days.

Returns
After receiving the order, you have the right to return the products within 14 days if the products are unused (the suitability of the products can be tested and used for familiarisation purposes) and undamaged. If the products show signs of use or wear, we have the right to reduce the return fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the products is paid by the buyer unless the reason for the return lies in the fact that the product to be returned does not correspond to the one ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective product).
If the package arrived at the blue parcel machine, the package can be returned free of charge with the same door code within 14 days. Returning is as easy as receiving the package – enter the required code at the locker and put the package in the machine.
If you have received a package in the white parcel machine and you want to return this shipment, go to the self-service environment my.smartpost.ee to process the return.

Automatic PIN return is a convenient solution for customers who want to return a package.
Upon receipt of the package, the customer is informed about the possibility of return via SMS and/or e-mail. The PIN and/or QR code required for return is indicated in the message or e-mail.
Using the PIN and/or QR code, you can print the return label from the parcel machine and return the package.

There is also a return code in the parcel delivery SMS or e-mail. With it, you can return the package free of charge from all Omniva parcel machines and post offices.
Also, leave the address card attached to the returned package. Select “I am returning a package” on the screen of the parcel machine, enter the return code and place the package in the locker, the return address card will be added to the package by the courier when the packages need to be picked up.

International returns
From a foreign country (except Latvia, Lithuania, or Finland), the parcel is returned from the local post office. The cost of returning the products is paid by the buyer unless the reason for the return lies in the fact that the product to be returned does not correspond to the one ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective product). In the latter case, we ask the buyer to send the check received from the post office to info@tanelveenre.com so that we can reimburse the shipping cost. Return the package to:

Refunds
We will return the payment received for the products immediately upon receipt of the returned products, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement.
Exchange of goods
Products can be exchanged for another size of the same product or another product of the same price. If you want another product with a different price instead, you should return the unsuitable product and make a new order
