Please follow these simple, yet extremely important candle-burning rules to ensure a pleasant and safe experience:
\n<\/strong>*Burn the candle continuously until the entire surface has melted. This ensures an even burn.
\n<\/span>*ALWAYS trim the wick to 0.5 cm before lighting the candle. This ensures a clean burn without soot. A long wick or one with burn marks (a “mushroom cap”) causes a larger, unstable flame that may emit smoke and soot. Burning a candle with a long wick and\/or a large flame is dangerous! If the flame is too large, extinguish the candle, trim the wick shorter, and then you can relight the candle if desired.
\n<\/span>*Blowing out the candle causes smoke. Instead of blowing, press the wick into the melted wax with the tip of a knife and lift it back up. Ensure the wick stays centred and that no burnt wick pieces are left in the wax.
\n<\/span>*Do not burn the candle continuously for more than 3 hours.
\n<\/span>*Always burn the candle on a heat-resistant surface and keep it away from flammable objects. Stop burning the candle when less than 1 cm of wax remains at the bottom of the glass.
\n<\/span>*Be careful when moving a burning candle\u2014the glass may be hot.
\n<\/span>*Keep the burning candle away from children and pets.
\n<\/span>*Avoid drafts near the candle.
\n<\/span>*Never leave a burning candle unattended!

The Candle of the Kingdom of Dreams by Tanel Veenre was created in collaboration with the Estonian candle maker JOIK.<\/span><\/p>\n

The scent of the candle is inspired by the smells of Tanel’s childhood paradise: The base note is <\/span>black currant<\/b> (harvesting them as a child felt like fun, compared to red currants), but the candle also carries the scent of <\/span>lime blossoms<\/b> (laid out on tables to dry in the rooms), <\/span>anise <\/b>(Soviet-era candies were always dragees), <\/span>clove<\/b> (endless marinading for mushrooms, fried sprats, and pumpkins), cinnamon (grandmother’s warm cinnamon buns and gingerbread), jasmine (a favourite hideaway under the large jasmine bush), caraway (trips to Latvia for caraway cheese), and vanilla ice cream (you can\u2019t have a good summer day without ice cream).<\/span><\/p>\n
